A standard reverse parking sensor kit cannot be fitted to most commercial vans because the bumper height is too low to mount the sensors. "Shield" recessed sensors are recommended for commercial vehicles as the sensors are designed to enable them to be fitted lower to the ground. The shield sensors are also supplied with angled collars enabling the sensors to be mounted in bumpers that angle towards the ground. "Shield" Sensors are recommended for commercial vehicles.
System Activation When reverse gear is engaged the rear sensors are automatically activated.
